Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Scope

○ Najafa Gallery offers free shipping within Cairo for purchases exceeding 10,000 Egyptian Pounds.

○ Shipping to other Egyptian cities will incur additional fees based on distance and weight. 2. Shipping Duration

○ Orders will be shipped within a maximum of 7-9 working days.

3. Shipping Costs

○ Free shipping for orders over 10,000 EGP within Cairo

○ Free shipping for orders over 10,000 EGP within Other Cities

○ Shipping fees for orders under 10,000 EGP will be determined by the company

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

○ You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase

○ The item must be in its original condition and unused

2. Return Conditions

○ The item must be completely intact and in its original packaging

○ The original purchase invoice must be presented

○ Custom-made items are not eligible for return

3. Return Process

○ Contact customer service to request a return

○ Send clear photos of the item

○ The request will be reviewed within 48 hours

4. Refund Policy

○ Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

○ Fund transfer takes 5-7 working days

○ A 10% administrative fee will be deducted for returns
